High School Program

RESEASON PRACTICE SCHEDULE

15U-18U begins in November with Winter Warm-Up Training.
Our training facility is The Yard, located in St. Peters, MO.

WINTER WARM-UP TRAINING

14 weeks of 1-on-1 Instruction (Hitting, Pitching, or Catching).
12 weeks of Team Practice (Mega Cage 1 ½ hr per week)

MID WEEK SCHEDULE

Teams will practice once or twice during the week

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

Teams will be playing 6-8 tournaments.
